Scheduling questions
Can I request a specific doctor?
Absolutely. Let us know when you call and we'll match you with your preferred doctor. If they're not at your closest location, we'll find the next best option.
How far out are appointments typically available?
Routine cleanings can usually be scheduled within one to two weeks. If your schedule is flexible, we often have earlier openings — just ask when you call.
Can I book for my whole family at once?
Yes — we coordinate back-to-back appointments regularly. Let us know who's coming and we'll block time together at the same office.
Do you accept my insurance?
We work with most major PPO plans including Aetna, Cigna, MetLife, Guardian, United Healthcare, Anthem Blue Cross, and Principal. Call with your info and we'll verify before your visit.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Just give us a call. We ask for 24 hours' notice when possible — and we'll get you rescheduled right away.
Is there parking at each location?
Yes — all three offices have free dedicated parking. Fremont and Milpitas have surface lots; Cupertino shares a lot with neighboring suites.
