It is not insurance. It is a flat annual plan for people who do not have any: your routine care is covered, everything else is discounted, and there is no third party to approve it.

Two cleanings, two exams, X rays, an emergency exam, fluoride and oral cancer screening, plus set discounts when treatment is needed.

Healthy Smile Child Ages 3 to 17 $45 a month or $540 a year What is included
Preventive care built around a growing mouth, including a growth and development evaluation and an early orthodontic check.

Perio Maintenance After gum disease treatment $90 a month or $1,080 a year What is included
For patients who have been treated for gum disease and need maintenance cleanings every three months to keep it from returning.

- 20% off one deep cleaning or further periodontal treatment

Orthodontic Smile Club Braces and aligner patients $50 a month or $600 a year What is included
For patients considering or already in orthodontic treatment. Consultation and digital records are included, with set savings on treatment.

Implant Smile Club Implant patients $50 a month or $600 a year What is included
For patients replacing one or more teeth with implants. Evaluation and imaging review are included, with set savings on the surgery and the crown.
