The Agape Dental Group Membership Plan is a direct partnership between you and our practice — no insurance company in the middle. You pay one straightforward annual fee, and in return you receive comprehensive preventive care plus generous member discounts on everything else.

It's designed for the patients who tend to fall through the cracks of traditional dental insurance: self-employed professionals, families between employer plans, retirees on Medicare, and anyone who's looked at the math on a $500-a-year premium for $1,500 of annual maximum coverage and decided there had to be a better way.

Signing up takes minutes. You pick the right tier for each family member — Child for ages 0 to 12, Adult for ages 13 and up — pay the annual fee online or in person, and your benefits begin immediately. Is this dental insurance?

No — it's an in-house membership plan, not insurance. You pay one simple annual fee directly to our practice and receive benefits at any of our three Bay Area offices. There are no third-party insurers, no claim forms, and no waiting around for approvals.

When do my benefits start?

The moment you sign up. There are no waiting periods — you can schedule a cleaning the same day you enroll and your member pricing applies immediately.

Can I use my membership at any of your offices?

Yes. Your benefits apply at all three Agape Dental Group locations — Fremont, Cupertino, and Milpitas. Sign up once and use it wherever is most convenient for you.

What about my family members?

Each family member needs their own plan based on age — Child (0–12) or Adult (13+) — but every additional member after the first saves $5/month. Sign up the whole household together for the best value.

Does the membership renew automatically?

Yes — your plan auto-renews each year so your coverage stays uninterrupted, and you'll get a small auto-renewal discount as a thank-you. You can cancel anytime before the renewal date.

What if I already have dental insurance?

Our membership plan is designed for patients without insurance — it can't be combined with a dental insurance plan. If you have insurance, we accept most major PPO networks. See accepted insurance plans instead.
